Once the troubleshooting has been completed, control of your computer will be returned to you. By agreeing to allow a ProTech Security, Inc. technical support representative to access your computer, you absolve ProTech Security, Inc. of any and all liability related to your computer, data or other applications on your computer.

You can run this application without saving the file
to your computer. If your browser doesn't support
the run command then download Remote.exe to your
computer and double click the icon to get started.
